Method checks the authenticated user is authorized to edit the resource

Unauthorized users will be returned a 401 unauthorized response when attempting to update athletes they do not have ownership of.

The Edit Athlete method allows editing of an athlete profile and returns a basic athlete object of the edited athlete.
